1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yervaku website at yervaku.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

2. Description of Services

Yervaku provides professional plumbing and electrical services to residential and commercial clients in Bangladesh. The Site is an informational platform through which prospective clients may learn about our services and submit enquiries. No purchases, payments, or binding contracts are executed through the Site itself.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

4. Service Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry via our contact form does not constitute a binding contract. All service agreements are finalised verbally or in writing with a Yervaku representative prior to the commencement of any work. Yervaku reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Yervaku and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without express written permission from Yervaku.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Yervaku does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yervaku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if Yervaku has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Yervaku's total liability for any claims related to the Site shall not exceed BDT 5,000.

8. Service Warranty

Yervaku provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed plumbing and electrical services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship performed by Yervaku technicians and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

Yervaku reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
